BUYER: The consumer who declares their name, surname, address, e-mail, and phone information on the order form.

The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the handmade genuine leather and water-repellent canvas bags, backpacks, laptop bags, and leather accessories, the specifications and sales price of which are specified in the order summary, and which the Buyer has ordered electronically via the Seller's website.

The name, quantity, sale price, shipping fee, and total amount of the products subject to the order are clearly displayed in the order summary and on the payment page. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or other payment methods offered on the site. All payments are processed through a secure payment infrastructure protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

The buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product, without providing any justification and without paying any penalty. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send a written notification to info@gillario.com within this period. The return shipping cost belongs to the Seller.

Following the withdrawal notification, the Buyer must send the product back to the Seller within 10 days, unused, in its original packaging, and with all its accessories. Once the product reaches the workshop, the product price will be refunded within 14 days at the latest, using the same payment method used by the Buyer. All Gillario products are covered by a 2-year Gillario Craftsmanship Warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects resulting from production/workmanship such as stitching unraveling, zipper malfunctions, and hardware breakage. In disputes arising from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's place of residence are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts are authorized in disputes exceeding these limits.

The Buyer declares that they have read and approved this agreement and the preliminary information form located on the order page. This agreement enters into force between the parties upon the approval of the order.
