Delivery, Return, and Right of Withdrawal Procedure

We transparently share the journey of every piece you purchase from Gillario, from our workshop to your doorstep, as well as our return processes. Below, you can find the complete details regarding delivery times, return conditions, and the right of withdrawal procedure.

1. Order Preparation and Shipping

  • Each order is hand-checked and carefully packed in our workshop.
  • After payment confirmation, orders are delivered to the courier on the same business day.
  • Orders placed by 2:00 PM are shipped on the same day.
  • The tracking number is sent via email after shipment.

2. Delivery Times

  • Within Istanbul: Next business day delivery.
  • Across Turkey: Delivery within 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping times may extend by one business day during public holidays.
  • During high-volume promotional periods, delivery times may extend up to 5 business days; you will be notified in such cases.

3. Shipping Fee

Shipping is free on all orders across Turkey.

4. Inspection Upon Delivery

We recommend that you check the outer packaging for any damage when receiving your cargo package. If you detect any damage, please have the courier prepare a damage assessment report, do not accept the product, and notify us immediately at info@gillario.com.

5. Return and Exchange Conditions

  • You have the right to unconditional return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories (dust bag, care card, warranty certificate).
  • The return shipping fee is covered by Gillario; you can send the product free of charge using the shipping code generated by us.
  • For exchange requests, the new product will be shipped once the returned item reaches the workshop.

6. How Does the Return Process Work?

  1. Send an email to info@gillario.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will send you a personalized return shipping code.
  3. Send the product in its original packaging using the shipping code.
  4. Once the product reaches our workshop, it will be inspected within 3 business days.
  5. Following approval, your payment will be refunded via your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date you receive the product, without providing any justification. For the withdrawal notice, it is sufficient to apply in writing to info@gillario.com. The return shipping fee within the scope of the right of withdrawal belongs to the Seller.

8. Warranty and Repair

Our products are covered by a 2-year Gillario Craft Warranty. Manufacturing defects related to stitching, zippers, and hardware are repaired free of charge in our workshop.
