Yes. Our water-repellent canvas surfaces provide a natural barrier against light rain. Genuine leather, by its nature, allows some moisture to pass through; therefore, we recommend protecting your bag during sudden and heavy rainfall. Natural wax and leather care cream applied to the leather surface strengthens the water-repellent barrier. If your bag gets wet, let it air dry at room temperature without exposing it to a direct heat source; once dry, treat it with a moisturizing leather cream. Never dry wet leather using a hair dryer or on a radiator.

Most of our laptop and backpack models feature a padded, protective laptop compartment. This compartment securely carries 13-inch, 14-inch, and 16-inch MacBook Pros as well as Windows laptops of similar dimensions. You can choose the right model by comparing your device's dimensions with the "Dimensions & Volume" section on the product page. If you are unsure, email us at info@gillario.com and we can determine the most suitable model for your device together.

Orders, carefully packed in our workshop, are handed over to the courier on the same business day following payment confirmation. Deliveries within Istanbul are completed the next business day, while deliveries across Turkey are completed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed by 2:00 PM are shipped on the same day. All shipments are provided with a tracking number, and you can monitor the shipping process step-by-step via email. Delivery times may be extended by one business day during public holidays.

After receiving your product, you have the right to an unconditional return or exchange within 14 days. To initiate the return process, simply email us at info@gillario.com with your order number; a shipping code will be generated by us, and the return shipping cost is covered by us. The product must be sent unused, in its original packaging, and with all its accessories. Once the returned product reaches our workshop, it is inspected within 3 business days and your payment is refunded using your original payment method. Genuine leather is a living material and with regular care, it maintains its original elegance for years. For surface dust, wipe gently with a soft, lint-free cloth. For deep conditioning, apply a colorless, natural moisturizing leather cream every 3-4 months; apply a small amount in circular motions and remove any excess with a clean cloth. You can clean water-repellent canvas surfaces with warm water and neutral soap. Keep the leather surface away from alcohol, acetone, perfume, solvents, and abrasive chemicals. Protect your bag from direct sunlight and excessively humid environments; when not in use, stuff it with filler material and store it in its dust bag. All Gillario bags are covered by a 2-year Gillario Craftsmanship Warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects such as seam separations, zipper failures, and buckle or hardware breakage. Repairs under warranty are performed free of charge in our workshop. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, chemical contact, accidents, or unauthorized intervention is excluded from the warranty.
